HX/HT-740 SERIES INDUSTRIAL%RH & TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS

HX/HT-740 Series transmitters provide linear voltage and current signals which are directly proportional to relative humidity and temperature. Units are available in several mounting styles including wall, duct, remote, pipe and outdoor models. The HX/HT-740 Series provides an accuracy of ±2%RH and ±0.2°C. These transmitters incorporate state of the art design, for high performance, in a compact and rugged package. The humidity sensing element is a thin-film polymer capacitor which varies its dielectric constant directly proportional to %RH. The sensor is immune to most chemical vapors and recovers from condensation. A thin-film RTD element varies resistance proportional to temperature. Stainless steel duct mounted and remote probe models enable humidity measurement in process applications up to 302°F (150°C). Lower cost polycarbonate duct probes are suitable for use to 140°F (60°C).

The 2-wire models provide loop powered 4-20mA signals. The 3-wire models provide dip-switch selectable signals of 0-1, 0-5 0-10VDC or 0-20 and 4-20mA. The humidity range is 0-100% RH and the temperature range is dip-switch selectable over various spans from -58 to +302°F (-50 to +150°C). Options include porous Teflon and stainless steel filters for dusty environments, adjustable flanges, and pipe/vessel fittings. HT-730 SERIES ECONOMICAL %RH & TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS FOR HVAC, ENERGY MANAGEMENT & OEM APPLICATIONS

HX/HT-730 Series Relative Humidity & Temperature Sensors/Transmitters are designed to meet the requirements of HVAC, energy management and OEM controls. These units are cost-effective without sacrificing performance specifications. They are available in two accuracy classes, ±2% and the lower cost ±3%. Several mounting styles including wall, duct, outdoor and multipurpose probes are available. In addition, OHMIC is the best source for economical vented wall mounted units designed for commercial building requirements. Output options include 0-1, 0-2.5, 0-5, 0-10VDC, 0-1 & 4-20mA. For even greater economy, units with direct connection to RTDs or thermistors are available. The HX/HT-730 Series transmitters are CE approved, conform to UL fire ratings, are suitable for washdown environments (NEMA-4/IP-65 rating) and each unit is calibrated to NIST traceable standards.


 

DPX SERIES DEW POINT TRANSMITTERS

DPX Series Dew Point transmitters utilize microprocessor based circuitry to provide chilled mirror-like accuracy. Each unit is calibrated to NIST traceable standards. The DPX-200 Series provides a range of -40 to +27°C (-40 to +80°F). The DPX-600 Series provides measurement to the ultra-dry level of -80°C (-112°F). These units provide a linear 4-20mA signal as well as an optional RS-232 interface. They are ideal for OEM compressed air and plastic process dryers. Several mounting styles are available including wall, duct and remote pipe mounted probes.

AHT SERIES ABSOLUTE HUMIDITY TRANSMITTERS

AHT Series Absolute Humidity Transmitters provide a 0-5 or 0-10VDC output proportional to the range of 0-130g/M3 of water vapor. The sensor utilized may be used in environments to 200°C (400°). It provides excellent resistance to physical and chemical contaminants that are detrimental to other humidity sensors. AHT transmitters are ideal for drying process controls in textile, lumber, paper manufacturing. The transmitter can also be used to monitor fuel cells and combustion process as well as provide feedback control to processes where moisture or steam is injected to maintain optimum environmental conditions.
